... and a Merry Christmas to you

justwalkingthedogw

I look upon Christmas as being the full stop at the end of the sentence.  For me, it offers an opportunity to look back over the year, and reflect on what sort of a year it’s been.

First of all, thank you dear readers for being so loyal to me.   Thank you to Peter my trusted editor, thank you to Harry Husband for helping me every single day, and of course to Moss, who has really matured this year.

I know I’m a bit late to the party, but I’ve got into reading this year.  Now I can’t wait to hop into bed at the end of the day and grab a book from the book mountain beside my bed.  I’ve been reading several books about dogs, the more I read, the more I’m convinced I am of the extraordinary relationship between humans and dogs.

I’m looking forward to sharing some of these stories with you next year.

One of my hopes for 2025 is that Moss will eventually join me swimming in the river, she’s been so close, but not quite there yet.  I’m sure she’ll do it in her own time, as is her way.

I wish you a Merry Christmas, be kind to yourself, and see you in January.

With love and best wishes from,

Alison, Moss & family
